Cancellation and Refund Policy

You comprehend that upon registering on the Healthcare Ireland MC2 Platform and commencing a transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Olive Media to purchase the services and shall pay the Subscription Fee to us through the Issuing Bank by using our Payment Facility.

 

1.Subscription Fees

 

1.1 You shall pay for monthly subscription fees of 9 (Nine) Euro at the time of registration to the Healthcare Ireland MC2 Platform and agree to hereby authorise Olive Media (and its payment processors) to debit your bank account or charge your credit card, as registered by you during registration.   

 

1.2: You agree that the annual subscription fee for a period of 12 months shall be 108 (One Hundred and Eight) Euros and Monthly Subscription fee amounting to 9 (Nine) Euros shall be automatically charged to the Debit/Credit/bank details registered by you from the 2nd billing cycle in advance at the beginning of the month.   

 

1.3: You will be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes including withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST) or duties imposed by any government.

 

1.4: If we do not receive payment from your credit card or if your credit card expires or is rejected, we shall block your Licence and you agree to pay all the remaining annual subscription amounts fees due upon demand. Following any such non-payment, we may require you to provide a second valid card before continuing to use the Licence.   

 

1.5: We reserve the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to legal action and or using third party collection agencies.

 

2.Cancellation

 

2.1: Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each Term of Subscription (12 months) unless you inform us that you do not wish to renew the subscription at least 15 days prior to the commencement of the next Term of Subscription.

   

2.2: You may cancel your subscription during the term of 12 months or not to renew the subscription, you may give a 15 days’ notice prior intimation for cancellation by contacting us via healthcare@olivegroup.io.   

 

2.3: In the event of cancellation of subscription within a year (Term of Subscription), you agree that you shall pay the remaining amount of annual subscription fees of 108 € as cancellation charges.   

 

2.4: A confirmation email receipt is sent to you with the expiration date of the subscription. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account.

 

3.Refund

 

3.1: The Subscription Fees are billed in advance on a month-on-month basis and are non-refundable.

3.2: We do not offer prorated refunds for the cancelled Term of Subscription.   

 

3.3: There will be no refund or credits for partial usage of Licence during a month, or refund for days/months unused with an active Licence.   

 

3.4: The annual Term of Subscription is recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each Term of Subscription period unless you cancel the subscription and the subscription fee once paid will not be refunded.

 

4.Third Party Charges

  

4.1: You shall directly pay the fees and charges to all third party vendors whose services you use in connection with availing services from our platform (e.g., internet access provider).   

 

4.2:  In addition to any fees charged by us, we reserve the right to charge you for any regulatory or governmental fees, contributions or other charges that are legally required or assessed.
